In my opinion, the best place for holiday stays in Puerto del Carmen. Not crowded. Clean and tidy apartments with kitchenettes. The hotel restaurant is available. Great swimming pool with warm and pleasant water in March 2014. Fantastic hotel’s staff. Close to shops, restaurants and the Biosfera Plaza Shopping & Leisure Centre. My best recommendations for Izaro Hotel Club. I had two weeks there in March 2014. Room no. 533 on the 2nd floor with a fantastic view (living room+badroom+kitchenette).
My mother and I came here for two weeks. Our ground floor apartment was great, until the sewer smell came. The staffs listened to us and gave us a new apartment which came with a balcony and a terrace which we were grateful. The rooms were clean and furnished modernly. The restaurant is buffet style, nice food. The entertainment needs to be improved. We especially loved the swimming pool area with a bar area which serves food and cocktails. The cabana was the best bit of our holiday, so comfy!
Lovely clean place good food and wonderful staff booked as soon as I got back in December for May and the end of November unfortunately May was cancelled just have to wait and see what happens in November there is allways next year
A wonderful place to stay, just far enough away from the main streets to be quiet but still within walking distance of everything. Friendly staff make it even better.
Such a lovely relaxing place..staff were all friendly & helpful! Apartments are roomy & cleaned 6/7 days a week.. & the whole place is always being cleaned! Food for breakfast & dinner is lush & such a wide selection, you can't go hungry!! located at the top of a hill,short walk down to the beaches but a steep walk back up(taxis are available & reasonable). Would definitely recommend for a chilled out holiday Thank-you!!
