Great experience dealing with CICAR (Cabrera Medina). We initially arranged a rental with Sixt, but they tried to charge us additional costs more than 3x the quoted price online. CICAR was much, much cheaper and included everything from insurance to a second driver for a much better price. Great customer service and extremely friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Talking about cons
- delivered car was far away from being in mint condition (damaged body, but it’s not my car not my problem)
- car delivered to the customer has exeded service time / milage– so the service warning was on for all the time (With the reminder that is about the time for the oil change and services)
- there was definitly something not ok with the car suspension or more likely with driveshaft – car was very loud during left turns, and showed tendancy to pull to the left side – so Guys during the nearest inspection please check drive axle, wheel bearing and joints
Leaflet doesn't have VAT added on so that's a con.
Booked a car for 1pm on Tuesday, it couldn't be delivered till 4pm, which I had to ask my hotel reception about. Then when the person arrived the next day they told me it was 70euros for two days.
Booked for 1day which was till 9am the next day.
Whereas if you booked for 2days it was 9am till 7pm the next day, so a rip off. Assuming people don't go out in the evening!
Got quoted one price but had to pay a different price,but other wise cant complain
