Manager and staff not helpful at all. Would not allow my grandchildren to visit even for an hour at an empty pool area.. Nicer places and people in other places in Puerto del Carmen. Be aware.
A lovely place for a restful holiday...….
We are having such a great time. The apartments are spotlessly clean and the staff are wonderful, so friendly. A fantastic place to stay.
So disappointed in these apartments . We stayed here a few years ago and it was great. This time it was grubby and noisy . The bed was lumpy and the fridge was so dirty I had to clean it on arrival. The whole room felt grubby . I would avoid this place until they renovate it
Very very nice. Staff are polite and everything is easy going and laid back.
Is worth noting that there is a separate sub deck just upstairs if you can't get a longer by the pool
