Great place for dinner and drinks. Amazing price for value. Staff is very friendly and helpful . We went for dinner 2 times already and definitely will be back. Marco who served our table was very kind and professional and make our evening really special. First evening we get opportunity to meet one of the chefs Livio who prepared an amazing mix grill platter for us. Aubergine fries are to die for. Highly recommend that place
Very nice Spanish food, with a great selection of local wines. Service and attention from staff is also great and the prices are very reasonable too. All in all the best place in Puerto del Carmen.
Hotel is clean and has many amenities and perks. The outside pool temperature is adjusted to make the daily swim a unique wonderful experience. It is 3 minute walk to the beach. The rooms are very spacious.
Fab position on strip. Beautiful clean apartments. Spotlessly clean pool and pool area with plenty of sunbeds.
We had a decent stay here.

Rooms desperately need updating. Floors, ceilings, furniture and joinery are all dated.
TV in room is tiny and awful quality
Not the best location to get to the main strip unless you have a car.
Meat should be cooked with separate utensils at the omelette station
Loved this place. Saw classic Blues Brothers film in amazing environment, with friendly, attentive staff and great food. I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. ;-)
Lovely place with one of the most comfortable mattresses. The pool and the jacuzzi are very well kept and exposed to the sun for quite some time to enjoy. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on our terrace and we had all the necessary things in the kitchen. The only thing missing was the WiFi, that they tried to fix twice, but never worked. Otherwise, it was a good isolated location, easy to reach by car.
Fantastic value. All you can eat but ordered from menu now rather than buffet due to COVID with wonderful and thoughtful service and a very nice surprise liquor to finish off the meal. Highly recommended.
In my opinion, the best place for holiday stays in Puerto del Carmen. Not crowded. Clean and tidy apartments with kitchenettes. The hotel restaurant is available. Great swimming pool with warm and pleasant water in March 2014. Fantastic hotel’s staff. Close to shops, restaurants and the Biosfera Plaza Shopping & Leisure Centre. My best recommendations for Izaro Hotel Club. I had two weeks there in March 2014. Room no. 533 on the 2nd floor with a fantastic view (living room+badroom+kitchenette).
A lovely place for a restful holiday...….
We recently bought our apartment through Ropers and were very happy with the efficient way our purchase went through. Chris does an excellent job providing details of potential properties. Kristy took us to view and Alexi dealt with the paperwork and obtaining our NIE numbers. We also used Olivier to undertake our legal work. Overall we were very happy with the process which went through smoothly.
Nice and colourful place. Proper for a romantic afternoon walk. Lots of fishing boats. It's an inseparable element of the hard work of local fishermen. Old white houses which face south. Close to the Old Town Harbour, you will find many fine restaurants and tavernas. I recommend this place for a nice walk. I walked there in March 2014.
Great experience dealing with CICAR (Cabrera Medina). We initially arranged a rental with Sixt, but they tried to charge us additional costs more than 3x the quoted price online. CICAR was much, much cheaper and included everything from insurance to a second driver for a much better price. Great customer service and extremely friendly staff. Highly recommended!
Our favourite bar in Puerto. Our grandson insisted we visit each night so he could watch them make his milkshake. Good choice of drinks in relaxing surroundings. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Great place to sit outside and people watch.
Extremely happy with the level of service from Cabrera Medina, honestly can't recommend them enough. This is how all car rental companies should be run. Everything was so easy, with no additional upselling, no excess hold needed on my credit card, full insurance and was great value for the car for the few days. Will 100% use them again. Thank you

Loved this place. Apartment was big and spotlessly clean. Cafe food servedall day, really cheap and very tasty. Staff were fantastic. Great place to stay, will go again. No noise after 11.30 so that was good too. Lovely large pools with plenty of sunbeds available also.
