Been here a few days and loving it! Staff are super friendly and know many languages. Hotel room was immaculate! Pleasantly surprised. Great pool and bar area. Disabled access ramps and lifts. Entertainment is fab! There’s always something on.
The only things I can critique is the food. It’s a bit hit and miss. There’s lots to choose from though and you serve yourself however much you want.
The town is pretty quiet so if you’re looking for nightlife to this isn’t the place. Few bars here though!
Food choice & quality very poor. Rooms dated but very clean. Staff all lovely & friendly. "Entertainment " guy really does get paid for nothing. He is hopeless. Hotel is in a good location & has a nice friendly relaxed atmosphere. We would return
Had a great week here. Beautiful part of the island. Perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday. Staff were amazing, really polite and extra helpful. Mike the entertainer was a huge laugh. Martin from the bar and Lara from the pool bar. Some of the nicest hotel staff I've ever met. Recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely going back next year
This is meant to be a 5 star hotel... are you kidding me!? there is nothing here which would make me think it's any higher than a 2 star! The food is so horrible, not much choice at all. I have came here, all inclusive and I am having to eat out most of the time now because the food is absolutely horrible. The entertainment is very low and poor. The staff dont seem to care very much and arent bothered about anything. Also all inclusive...? you cant even take your drinks or any snacks upstairs at all. This is one of the worst hotels I have been to. I am definitely not coming back here again! The area outside the hotel however is very nice. I love Tenerife, but this hotel definitely puts a downer on the stay. It won't surprise me if it gets shut down! definitely not 4 star! and definitely would not recommend staying here. Also most of the hotel guests are very rude and horrible too. Food was also very cold for lunch/pool bar food.
All inclusive option included reasonable quality and choice of drinks, which were definitely the positive note of the hotel.
On the other hand, food was absolutely terrible. Very low ingredient quality, poor taste and lack of choice. Sweets and deserts just cannot be recommended.
Hotel itself wasn't bad, rooms were air conditioned and quite roomy. Somewhere in the middle of the stack.
