Overall a very good hotel. We spent 14 nights here as a couple. Staff was highly efficient - if something was defect or did not work they fixed it almost instantly. The only thing we noticed was that almost not a single employee was smiling. Its that extra friendliness that distinguishes a very good from an excellent hotel. The pool deck with the ocean view was a real highlight. The food was good quality and their was plenty to choose from. Cleaning did a very good job as well. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
Overall, a very pleasant experience, even in times of COVID19. The food was great, room service on point. However, there are a few things that would make our stay even better:
(1) It would be amazing if every guest was able to receive a face mask. This shouldn't be that costly for the hotel, and would for sure be appreciated (many people do not realize that on Tenerife you have to almost always wear a mask, even on fresh air, so the quality of their masks is often not ideal for such hot weather)
(2) I think it would be a nice feature to be able to use the beds near pools as a part of the all-inclusive experience. The whole point of all-inclusive is that the guests do not need to think whether stuff is worth it or not :)
(3) We were unable to order tea during lunch or dinner, which we usually like to do.
(4) Our balcony door lock was broken. It's small enough thing to ask for a repair, but big enough to feel unsafe while leaving the room (our neighbors could just walk into our apartment from the balcony). I think it would be great if, as a part of cleaning the room before the next guest, the lock was checked.
(5) I know that it might be very hard to change this, but for us, the bed was much too soft.

Love it, love it, love it. It's been 6 years in this hotel and I still want to go back. EVERYTHING what you need for a comfortable and luxurious holiday. The staffs are very kind and helpful, the beautiful view. So many choices of food and pool. We enjoyed a lot to stay there. Really wish to go back.
Room was clean and discreet. We had a private jacuzzi in the terrace that could be hidden behind curtains. It was clean and was recently renovated (great bathroom shower and modern TV). The bed was comfy. We had breakfast and dinner included which were great. Only remark was the "cold dinner" they had for clients arriving late on the first night. It was a sad salad and an even sadder sandwich. I would have stopped on the way to pick anything else.
Room was extremely comfortable and clean, with an amazing view.
The swimming pools were great and the view of the bay was breath taking.
The breakfast was super delicious!
We spent my birthday there and the staff was really nice and left us a card, a bottle of Cava and a cake.

But we found 2 negatives points:
- neighbours smoking cigarette... this should be banned in the whole hotel. Or at least an area exclusive for them, far from balconies and restaurant.
- light in the balcony ON until 01:00 AM. No need at all!! We want to see the stars and we couldn't. How many people need the light on the balcony until 01AM? It should have a switch on the apartment or at least the timer should go off at 23:00 (same time as the bar).
