Very nice hotel located about 15 minutes walk from the Old Town. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming. Our room check in was efficient. The rooms was fair sized and the bathroom could have used a bit of updating. Breakfast was okay - not great but sufficient. There are better properties in Prague.
Didn’t provide enough towels for us the first day. Their room is small. I don’t really like the design of taking a shower in the bathtub here. The service was average. Food is... well not amazed but okay.
However, the location of the hotel is not bad. The river view is the only thing that I like during the stay. It’s worth the money if you like the view.
Wonderful place. Nice ambience. You can eat outdoor. During evening, the lights create a romantic environment.
We had a problem that was immediately addressed and resolved. Staff was very polite and helpful. Accommodations are clean. Location is great for obtaining transportation by trolley.
Good room, even if the bed is a bit hard but everything is clean.
The breakfast is not good, on top of that, they told me it was not included on my booking, I checked again during the day and it was. Good location
