Useless office
Unfortunately, I only have to give one star, but only because I have to give one. Otherwise, I wouldn't give any ... I need to re-book a ticket that wasn't exactly cheap (business). No one answers the phone for a week, absolutely not interested in the client. On Qatarairways.com, a link to a link where my application has been hanging for a week without anyone answering by email. I think this is my first and last experience with this company. In an emergency, you can see how society is doing. I do not recommend the Prague branch and if the headquarters does not distance itself from it and does not cancel it, I do not recommend these airlines either. There are other, more reliable companies in the Arab world, and Qatarairways may not deserve those 5 stars. Especially since they have an inscription on the main page that feedback is important to them.
The branch is completely useless when no one is there forever !!
