The location was brilliant overlooking the square. You might enjoy a meal at the White Horse in the 12th century cellar below the hotel. And the setup is great for large families too - our crew of 6 fit comfortably in the family room!
The staff here was amazingly helpful and friendly - helping with bags, taking family to the room while I was finishing checkin paperwork, recommending and reserving dinner for us, giving us sightseeing tips for the city, preparing a taxi for our departure. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
Mesmerizing views. The executive suite is worth the money in a less busy time. BUT as the hotel is located deep inside a touristy restaurant, I had to pass the restaurant to go to my room. And then, one of the restaurant employees asked me to pay 5 euro for passing the facility, when I said I was a hotel guest simply passing the restaurant!! Obviously he was joking, but it was definitely not a pleasant encounter. They should be more professional, considering they are working at such a hot tourism spot.
it’s a incredibly basic hotel they claim to be a 5 star but the hotel is barely a 3 stars. Beware of such hotels and despite the positive reviews, definitely not worth the price.
the room I was in has noise up until late night as it overlooks the square, the entrance is from a touristic restaurant, no elevators, no handicapped facilities. beware of these scams.
A lovely and quaint hotel that has a personality of its own. The staff were amazing, they really took care of us. The location is in the old town square so you're really in the heart of Prague and the famous astronomical clock was just 10 to 20 meters away. A charming hotel set in an 800 year old building with all of the modern amenities one could ask for. I will always stay here.
Stayed there for around 5 days with a group of students. Everything was clean en orderly. The people working there very polite and there was a relaxed ambiance. They also give a lot of free supplies at the reception.
