We spent a week at Hotel Clementin February 2019. I gave the 5 star rating because it was exactly that. The staff were so welcoming friendly and so helpful. The room we had was very clean well equipped for our needs. Even though it was as we expected on the small side for our short stay it was perfect. Situated right in the heart of the old town walking distance to all the main historical attractions. I will be booking this hotel again and highly recommend to anyone. If your looking for a city break in Europe Prague is a must destination full of history. First class restaurants and pleasant pubs and bars.
Small but very cosy!!! Perfect to be in the center of city activity and still be able to have a quiet room.
Very modern rooms and design.

I paid for accommodation and they call me that the hotel is closed and now I have to wait 15 days for money. They let you pay for something that they can't provide you and you just have to wait for your money. (They don't absolutely care about it). Totally unprofessional!
We had a good experience, excellent welcome; new, modern furniture, everything clean, comfortable.
Small, but very cute hotel that is nice and clean. Very attentive and helpful personal! Can count with a glas of Prosecco as a welcome treat) Great breakfast with good food selection. Comfortable bed and nice hygienic products in bathroom.
Will definitely return!
