Telephone problem during the holidays the counselor did everything to help me.

Very bad experience lived in this SFR agency. We went there for an ADSL subscription and an NS consultant recommended a 25 euros all-inclusive package. I accepted his offer. The only concern: she voluntarily omitted to tell us that in reality the subscription is 20 euros to which is added an insurance of 5 euros that we had not requested ... Once the scam discovered, we are returned to the agency to request explanations and cancellation of insurance. The advisor then takes us down by explaining that the subscription is inseparable from the insurance (which is obviously necessary). We then ask for a copy of the contract. She refuses before asking to come back later. Finally she will accept a few hours later to give us a number where we must call US to cancel the insurance! It is simply incredible !!! I strongly advise against this agency with very dubious practices, not to say dishonest
Given the comments on this shop mine will only support the words of other people dissatisfied.
We are Corsican GSM and not SFR shop, this is what an employee made me understand this morning following a problem that is still not resolved with SFR.
This one clearly displeased to see me arrive this morning with the same problem.
On the other hand to warn us to give a favorable opinion to their shop there are people and well it will not be the case on my side.
We do not take people from high young lady who has a lot to learn from her job.
I do not recommend this shop.
