I really don't think I was wrong and no one paid me. I did not mention the name of any surveyor and I did not even go into details. These are real facts and I have no interest in "giving you a single star". Anyway just read other reviews and you get an idea of your agency for the kindness you have with customers. Wishes!
Too bad we can't give 0 stars. After asking for the exact address of the apartment I was interested in, the lady with a rude and arrogant tone began that she was not required to tell me and that I would have to wait until the day of the visit to find out. So he hung up.
But do you really believe that this is the way to respond to a possible buyer, the same one who is obliged to pay a fragrant fee in case of purchase of a property? Nice way to work, congratulations. STAY AWAY, 0 PROFESSIONALISM !!
Update: the same lady after reading the review called me back, always with the usual arrogant and rude tone and instead of apologizing she continued screaming on the phone and hung up, without giving me a chance to reply, telling me to "get treated".
Really in 2021 there are people who think of doing "business" in this way without respecting the figure of the "customer" (whose relationships have been studied for years now), offending him?
