not recommended before signing the purchase proposal, they treat the customer after they no longer care! before signing the compromise show competent people take time otherwise you risk reaching the lawyer with the seller as it happened to me for "inaccuracies" the manager of the agency calls them "non-impediments to the sale" (of the series after you stipulate are your problems !! and not only ... you can contact me I will explain better.
