One of the coziest hotels I've stayed at! The rooms are very comfortable and have a homey vibe to them. The staff is very helpful and accommodating as well; one of the nights our next door neighbor was being loud around 3am, which kept us awake, and when my partner told the front desk they extended our checkout til 3pm so we could get some rest! We thought that was amazing. We would definitely return
Extremely hospitable staff, the food and beverage director checked us in. Valet was very nice and polite as well. The front desk that answered our calls was very pleasant to talk to as well. Since our family was with us we ended up leaving a bag behind and called them after 2-3 days to check about the stuff and they said they had it and would courier once we send a shipping label.
We spent a few days here - we were very comfortable & enjoyed our stay! The services and accommodations were excellent. Martha at the receptionist desk is quite pleasant - she went out of her way to help us with our needs. We’ll definitely come back here again !
Loved the hotel atmosphere! My daughter loved it and we felt very comfortable with our room. Service was wonderful. Would love to stay here again!
I love this place and the staff, never had such polite respectful welcome and this for budget room traveller...late night check-in folks were esp nice yet professional, didn't feel like I needed to alarm the door...did get chastised by security, but I kinda deserved as I wasn't paying attention to my volume and time and, hey! There was a security guy! My new favorite convention center quickie!
