The Industrious Office space has been a true oasis for the past 6 months. They provide not only an excellent space to complete your work, but the outstanding staff creates the most welcoming work environment I have experienced! The staff provides flawless support and intuitively meets my business needs before I realized they existed. Perks range from locally sourced hot coffee, daily breakfasts, afternoon snacks, bi-weekly happy hours, blazing fast internet, all of the bubbly water I can drink, and puppy friendly office spaces to just name a few. Did I mention they are located perfectly in the heart of downtown Portland? The location is amazing! Industrious provides everything I needed in an office space and tons of benefits I never even considered!
My partners company rents office space here, and when we were without internet due to an ice storm the staff was so gracious in allowing me to tag along so I could get my work done. After trying to hobble along using my phone as a hotspot we called in to see if this was even allowed with the heightened covid protocols. Not only were they welcoming, they even put us in a larger office space for two days since the space my partners company rents out would not have been large enough for us both. And free snacks and bevies to boot!
This community is my happy place. I toured several co-working spaces before walking into Industrious and immediately felt both at ease and energized by the space and people of Industrious. Jamie and Margaret do a phenomenal job as community managers to create a special environment that supports the needs of entrepreneurs and businesses that call Industrious home. I love having clients come to this space and lead workshops from the conference rooms. It has been extremely versatile and productive to be a part of Industrious. Being able to use other Industrious spaces when I travel has been added bonus! I highly recommend Industrious.
Industrious provides THE BEST collaborative workspace/environment. Period!
I've tried WeWork and other collaborative workspace before coming here, and nothing comes close to what Industrious has to offer.
The top three things I love most are:
1. I have complete privacy in my room and don't have to worry about people overhearing my private conversations. That was a HUGE problem that I wanted to fix, and no other collaborative workspace offered this level of privacy, but Industrious does.
2. The amenities that are included are awesome! Free breakfast, snacks, printing... I mean, who does that?!
3. The staff here is awesome! Jamie & Margaret do an amazing job making everyone feel welcomed.
I couldn't recommend this workspace enough.

The Industrious in Portland is a fantastic co-working space! The office amenities are great but what really makes this place shine is the Industrious Staff. Jamie and Margaret go above and beyond to make every member feel welcome. They anticipate needs and are more accommodating that anyone would expect them to be. I would recommend this space to anyone. Just take a tour and you can see how Industrious is superior to all the other co-working spaces in the area.
