Right form the start, when you took over the sale process, you have been very open and honest and accurate with where the property was at and what needed to be done. So much so, that I was really comfortable with you handling the sale that I have taken a back seat and left you to run with it (which is unusual for me). I was very surprised when you called to say that you had a buyer in this COVID-19 environment which you converted into a sale at a really good price.
Your professionalism in handling the marketing and sale process has been of the highest level and it has been a very pleasant experience dealing with you. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone who is contemplating selling their property up in the Port Douglas region.
Lovely big apartment, great pool. Being downstairs gives you easy access to the pool. Nice restaurant and good bar for cocktails. An enjoyable stay. Would come back again.
Loved staying here. Just an all round beautiful location and great amenities.

From the moment we walked in, it felt every bit of the 5 star hotel it claimed to be. The staff were polite, accommodating there were enough of them around that we could have all our queries answered. The room we stayed in, though not perfect, was very clean and easy walking distance to all the facilities. The whole hotel was picturesque and it's impossible to take a bad photo while there. Will definitely be back.
A lovely setting for a romantic getaway, good pool, nice quiet areas to sit and relax, other good entertainment amenities.
Booked a king room, and got two beds put together but was still comfy, room slightly outdated but plenty of space.
Steak was lovely in the restaurant and the cocktails were nice, but pricey though.
The place did seem understaffed, the restaurant staff were running around trying their best to accommodate everybody so Ramada should make an effort to reward them for that, that bar/food area is the heart of the business.
Overall a very pleasant experience, would go again.
Good range, staff are efficient and friendly.

I have had my property managed by Heidi and the team at C21 Port Douglas for several years now and could not be happier. Heidi quickly had my property rented out (and for a good price!), has always been on top of everything, very easy to communicate with and very quick to make any necessary arrangements.
