My family and I have been coming to Puerto Pollensa for over 30 years and have a great affection for the town and the island. The North of Mallorca is a unique area with stunning scenery, beautiful beaches and secluded bays. Puerto Pollensa is a fabulous family orientated resort, unspoilt by over development. Over the years we have brought and sold homes in the area and have always used Riusech. They are a long established family business with great local knowledge and they have always provided an efficient and professional service. We purchased a newly built apartment in the Bellresguard complex in the spring which we are delighted with. The whole process was made immeasurably easier by the excellent service we have received from Carolina and her colleagues at Riusech.
On our initially viewing visit last October Carolina was polite, informative but never pushy and once we had made our minds up she has been invaluable. From assistance through the purchase process, practical advice in furnishing the apartment and making up for our woeful lack of language skills by speaking to shops and delivery drivers on our behalf Carolina has been, and continues to be, no end of help.
Having experienced the stress involved in purchasing a property in the UK we were initially daunted by the prospect of doing so in a foreign country but we needn’t have worried. The help we have received from Carolina and everyone else at Riusech made the whole process incredibly easy. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else in a similar position.
Fabulous apartment with a great rooftop terrace and jacuzzi. Could have been cleaner. Great location and service from Riusech.
