Very good service during our stay in Mallorca, Port de Pollença. The person who greeted me was very professional. I recommend.
Used them twice during 1 month stay & they were excellent. Car was exact model that was booked, new & clean. The staff are extremely helpful & friendly. There were no hidden extras or charges. The car was full of fuel when picked up & a fuel surcharge is added to your credit card, on return as long as the fuel is full the fuel deposit is credited back on to your credit card. Both times my fuel deposit was credited back on the same day. The off airport location is no problem as mini bus runs every 10 mins & its only a 5 minute drive.
Very friendly and helpful service. It was a relaxed way for me to hire a car .
The office is very central and access with the car out and back in was easy.
The car was very clean and just a perfect size for our holiday.

Whilst my car was parked overnight it was bumped by someone. There is a 400 Euro excess on Hiper cars but after inspection by their engineer I was called within 24 hours to say the excess had been waived. Fantastic service.
