Lovely relaxing resort.
Ideal for quiet breaks not if you want a lively atmosphere
Five stars ? The hotel might have indeed 5 stars for the surrounding and beautiful rooms with great beds but the people will all receive a 10/10 from us ! How friendly and helpful they were! Unbelievable. Thank you ! Also a very great plus point is the restaurant : we could really enjoy sublime and healthy food ! Last but not least there was the Spa where we could receive fantastic massage. We cannot wait to go back next year !

Check-in was chaotic. Do not arrive if there is a crowd. Front desk was flusteted. My wife is in a wheelchair and I am disabled we took our bags to our own room. Dissapointing. I am sorry to say the rooms are a genuine 3 star only. Eating experince.... The food was good and well priced. But the night was ruined by the rudest waiter to ever serve me in my 40 years as a diner (and resturant/Hotel owner myself) Even the on looking tables were aghast. Be-littling our table and my guess in Italian. Unfortunatly for the waiter...our friend was Italian herself... very embarrassing for him. The maitre'd rescued the situation... but really this is not the standard attached to a 5 star experience . Far from it. There are many better establishments that will gladly take your money and do it graciously.
