Best location by far. Walking distance to all of the best restaurants and bars. Direct access to sandy beach. Breakfast is great with so much to choose from. Piano player in the lobby is nice and relaxing. Highly recommend and returning in December 2021
Fab first time here, would definitely recommend and would stay here again, breakfast was fantastic, so was the evening meal, staff were brilliant
Good. Nice location and friendly staff and service. Happy Hour at bars are cheap and cheerful. Be sure to catch the amazing sunset from the lobby bar or La Palapas or People’s Bar on the beach.
Hotel is old and rooms are pretty antiquated but hopefully weather is nice enough for you to enjoy the outdoors.
Before you decide to do “half board” with the breakfast, be aware it’s the same buffet (pretty large variety of foods though) every morning with food that’s been sitting out for a while. They do have an omelet and crepe station. But after one morning of it, it gets old. Also, breakfast closes around 10am. Breakfast in town is just up the beach (either way) and usually inexpensive and fresh/better quality for about 3-4 Euro for a full Irish breakfast, for example. Plus you can go eat when you want to.
Stay was overall fine but did note some really nice places farther East up the island.
Nice place place but it's looking very old nowadays haven't been back to this hotel for 4 years but it's is in need of refurbishment it is going back to the 90s(the first time I went) nothing about the building has changed same doors very old rooms are the same but painted of course . Even the sun beds are the same from 4 years ago but people still go really. This shouldn't be 4 star anymore.
Evenings now are no longer quite the hard rock cafe plays till midnight if your rooms are near that area forget getting to sleep early.
Has anything improved the breakfast is of better quality and they have removed the congestion and no queing anymore
I wouldnt recommend this to anyone anymore over rated and expensive but you are in the middle of all the action better places for your money else where on the island

Fantastic, loved this place, we had a top floor room with a large terraced balcony along with plunge pool and loungers. The room was great large wardrobes with plenty of hangers although advisable to take some. Bedroom and bathroom integrated into one with large round bath big enough for two and shower with glass surround so visible to anyone in bedroom so really suited to couples who are not shy of each other. The room has a separate enclosed toilet for your privacy. Excellent room service and the breakfast was very good with a great selection for everyone. Also you were serenaded by a pianist every morning which was a nice touch. The hotel operates a concierge service from the moment you arrive. The staff are very good and attentive. The hotel consists of three blocks which are connected below the ground floor and you are able to also walk into the Mediterranean Palace next door to use their facilities as it is the sister hotel. Really enjoyed our visit here and hopefully will return in the future.
