The place is between the ocean and one of the most popular shopping street in the heart of Playa de las Américas. The staff is very kind they always do their job with smile on their face. The pool has correct size, the rooms are clean. There are a lots of programs to be a part of, the beach is just right next to the hotel. Easy to approach by car or by bus too. The parking is free on the street at the white signs on the ground.
Not to recommend. This is a 3 stars hotel, not 4 stars. We will not book it again. Very unfriendly and unmotivated reception staff.
We have a lot of experience with quite a few hotels around the world.
The room was very noisy from music and people outside. There is a disco directly next to the hotel, also from the bars on the streets comes very loud music. The rooms were not probably cleaned.
For this price you expect quality but the only nice place is the lobby and pool area, although the pool is always overcrowded.
The food/bars were okay, but for a 4 stars hotel you expect better quality and a better/more friendly service ...
We do not understand how H10 let this happen and why they do not check/secures the quality.
Nice and clean, but pool area not big enough for the amount of sun beds. They were to tightly packed.
We had a really really great experience. Everything perfect. Fantastic hotel :)

Location, Staff and Food were great. Just needs and upgrade of the facilities and a whole lot of maintenance repairs on all the cracked tiles everywhere. Also they need to keep to their dress policies as there was a bunch of people turning up in shorts for evening meals. And they really, need to stop people cycling through the hotel corridors.
