Our apartment is great. Kitchen has microwave, hob, fridge with freezer compartment. Bedroom is so quiet and dark! Bed is comfortable. Breakfast buffet is great. And it's right next to the beach.
Very bad security, easily snuck in for those epic ig picks. Only thing stopping me from giving it 2 stars is because of the nice views.

Day one and we are in a building site.
Hammer drilling above my room, full renovation beside my room, a pile of kitchens and bathrooms at the stairs waiting to go in the rooms all around us.
My sink doesent drain and my toilet is now full of waste after asking for repairs, there was NO shortage of plumbers!
We got moved from a 4 star to a 3 star with no adjustment in price. The original hotel has been abandoned since March 14th, we were allowed to book it in October!
If management deal with our issues I'm prepared to write a more favorable review....
In addition, it's 8am on Sunday morning and the cleaning and maintenance staff couldn't make any more un-necessary noise if they tried, shouting across balconies to each other and throwing equipment around, no respect!

So, just comparing prices per month.... Average of €500 per month to stay. Nice 4 star in Los christianos €400.
This building site €3100
Cleaner took my tee shirt from room, manager stalled me for a week until I threatened to call police. Manager insisted on an original receipt!! I ended up having to shop for a tee shirt that cost 5 times as much just to get a receipt for compensation.
AVOID.
Woken at 7am every day by builders, drilling , hammering etc continues thru day, complex, pool, apartments are nice and great location on beach but if you want a relaxed holiday don't book. Complex should be closed while renovation takes place.
