well.... not the best for sure. electricity went out at the first day 4 times. Bugs. Old equipments. pipe break, half apartment was flooded. in the kitchen 1 hole for multiple devices (microwave,kettle,toaster,electric baking sheet,etc) found 1 switch...short circuit...
no washing up liquid in an apartment or hand washer.
good point:
cleaners changeing towels daily, bringing out the rubbish, making the bed. if you dont want them to come you just telling them.
Friendly and helpful recepcionist.
basic equipment included also not the cleanest.
overall it comes up to 2 star for me.

Great place for a budget holiday. Located directly in front of Victoria's strip where all the night clubs are. Apartments are each with 2 levels and a personal roof garden. Staff are very friendly. Kitchen has a fridge and hot plates. Very close to the sea. The only problem is the noise from the nightclubs until 6am. I would recommend it you don't mind any noise.
Not worth the money. It was too noisy at night (bars on the other side of the road had loud music until 4 am). Even with earplugs it was way too loud!
We had ants in the kitchen... The place was not clean, shower was not comfortable and there wasn't any soap or shampoo. The water was leaking from the bath... Toaster was broken.
There was no one at the bar ever... When I finally managed to get someone to get me a drink I was waiting for them half an hour... They did not know how to actually make them...
The area seemed unsafe, with shady people hanging out outside at night.
The only nice thing was the view of the ocean from the terrace.
It’s okay for the price if you want to experience the party scene in Tenerife. The pool area is nice, BUT the rooms could be cleaner and the service could have been better. We didn’t have WiFi in the rooms and it was one of the reasons we chose this place over others. But most importantly, the noise is a real issue. Do not come here if you’re a light sleeper and are looking to enjoy a chill holiday. Or, at the very least, bring ear plugs.
Right if your old and dont like a lively location and load music and stairs then this is probably not the place for you..
But for us it was perfect . Right in the thick of it.. Nice enough rooms and reasonably priced rooms... Pool is great and i really like the e budda designs.. I really liked it and would stay again.
It lost one star cause the cleaner could do better... But otherwise sound.. Good value for money, great location.. Young person's dream
