I called their number to arrange a tour. After we got their at the appointed time and about 10 minutes of waiting we were told that the leasing officer was not available. The front desk explained that it's because they are having 2 systems whatsoever and made no apology or anything. I left my number to arrange another tour but NEVER heard from them. After reading those reviews, I feel like it's the right decision to not look into the apartment anymore.
The staff has been wonderful and friendly. If there is an issue, they are on it which is much appreciated. Most of the residents have great. This could just be my floor but some of the residents are having loud parties that seem to get a little out of hand. Other than that, I truly enjoy living here.
Had a tour. Were very interested in a unit. No follow up whatsoever on the properties end. Guess they aren’t too interested in occupying their space. After reading reviews, I am thinking I got lucky.
I moved into this building in July, but couldn't tour in person due to covid. The building looked nice from the Google Street view and I took a virtual tour of the unit I was interested in. The unit looked very nice so I signed a lease. In the virtual tour, they failed to mention that directly across from my unit they were renovating several units. This included replacing walls and there were several weeks of loud banging during the work day as I was working from home. If I had been able to tour in person I would've seen the construction area and chosen a different unit. When I reached out to them about the issue they did nothing to improve the situation. Very poor management

Over all, the management is not what I thought or at least felt,before singing the lease.
For example: there was some missing parts of the balcony blinds and we asked many time to fix this issue but there was no response until this moment.
