I went to the Garda branch of this agency in late May to request not one, but two quotes. One for the car and one for the motorbike. Immediately I was perplexed by the fact that the employee did not even make me sit down, saying that due to the virus crown it was not necessary to remain in the office if not for a few minutes. Absurd as we had a mask, safety distance and Plexiglas on the desk to divide us. He then proceeded to quickly write my data and my vehicles on a piece of flying paper, countertop stuff of fish at the market and then he liquidated me by saying that I would be contacted with the requested quotes. To date, after 20 days no message or email from Generali, I have therefore opted for two policies at Allianz. Obviously these gentlemen do not really want to have new customers, worse for them. In fact, I did not say to the young lady that I was already a Generali customer for the home insurance, so after this nice treatment I will send the cancellation and I will pass to Allianz or other. I do not recommend this agency and Generali in any particular way.
