We asked for a cabin from Bcn to Mallorca because of covid to keep us safe. The shower and toilet were dirty and the staff didn't respect the rules on social distancing. I would never recommend this to anyone whose health is vulnerable as myself, or anyone who is concerned about their safety.

This is a rip-off. They sell tickets for a supposedly non-stop Palma-Formentera return, but exactly 48 hs before departure they cancelled the direct boat and sent us via Ibiza. This doubled our travel time from 3 to 6 hours, and included changing port in Ibiza by bus. It changes the whole equation on a short trip. Balearía did this very same scam both ways. My only conclusion is that there never was a direct ferry, just false advertising to lure you into buying the ticket. Each time, we had to spend about an hour on the phone with a definitely sub-par customer service to get our itineraries right. Be advised of this scam and consider it in your plans.
Best crossing i have ever had. Because the ferry was half empty due to the virus.
