This is as central as it gets. Clean, spacious, air conditioned rooms. Breakfast is okish, but considering the view from the terrace where you have it; it is all excellent. Look no further, everything is around you. The staff is friendly and very flexible, allowed us to check out late and continue to use the roof terrace in the afternoon whilst we were waiting to collect our car. Thank you!
I stayed here ten nights, and while the location is really great, and the off season price is decent value for money, there are some flaws: Maids enter the room without knocking, or sometimes knock, despite a "do not disturb "-sign is on the door. The flooring is a joke, with huge gaps between the planks. While there is a bathtub, you can't use it, as there is no drainstopper.
Service is overall friendly and helpful. Except of course when they call your room at 1am at night.
Nice rooftop terrace. Many international TV channels. Good WiFi.
The hotel is very central and the room is large. I would always book breakfast! Very diverse and the service staff is extremely polite and nice!

The hotel is at one of the most beautiful places of Palermo!! It is very clean, and it has polite employees. The price for the single-double rooms is very good!! I definitely would like to stay there again!!
WHAT'S GOOD: Good location, right at the Quattro Canti. Everything within walking distance, station, markets, churches. Large room, modern and clean, rather unusual in this neighborhood. Great view at breakfast terrace restaurant, where they open late in the afternoon also for drinks.
WHAT'S TO BE IMPROVED: I stayed 8 nights... they never changed my bed sheets. No laundry service. A bit noisy, even when the windows are closed. But that's not the hotel's problem. The location is too popular. One or two staffs at breakfast room are unfriendly. They seem to be unmotivated at work. But the other staffs are quite good.
