Great service and they speak english.
It starts with a first level of contact where the availability is maximum with an understood and shared target. Consequently, a proposal for a possible purchase immediately arrives but not immediately visible because it is being arranged with the aim of making it presentable. After several telephone contacts to understand if the property was available, after about a month it is finally possible to get a meeting for a visit always with some difficulty because perhaps the property was not ready. For the sake of scruple I call the day before the meeting and with the usual phrase "she anticipated me, I was about to call her" I am told that the property had already been on sale for a couple of days and sold. What can you say: be amazed, for sure it's not worth getting angry but if this is the way you think you are customer oriented and therefore sales oriented, I can't find a shred of professionalism here. The only negative thing about this "adventure" is that living 200 meters from this agency I often pass in front of the headquarters of these gentlemen and this disturbs me but over time it will pass.
