I personally had an excellent experience with the Agency, I had to deal mainly with Davide to whom I congratulate because I found him prepared as well as available. Professionally, I understand so I can give an objective opinion. They relieved me of many tasks and also helped in matters not within their competence. You never willingly pay anything other than the commitment to buy a house, but I honestly believe that their remuneration (in line with the market) is deserved. I am very happy to find a torresan agency after looking for an apartment for rent on idealista.it. I was in contact with Francesca who asked me to wait before allowing me to see the apartment to have confirmation from the owner. I understand that owners have different problems before giving the rent to someone and it becomes difficult for a foreigner as owners often don't prefer strangers. There may be problems such as keeping properties well, paying rent properly etc. because of what they are a bit fussy. However, I don't think agencies have any other choice in this regard. Also, I found that Torresan was very nice to me. They negotiated with the owner on my behalf to convince them. Francesca allowed me to see the apartment two or three times and also to try the parking inside the garage before the conclusion of the contract. Maurizio was responsible for the final contract stipulated between me and the owner. Everything went smoothly and based on proper documentation. After signing the contract, Francesca gave me all the information on what to do and where to go, she also took me to the gas / electricity agency for the stipulation of the contract. This kind of help was very valuable from a foreigner's point of view. I am grateful for their service, despite being someone of a different race. I wish them all for the future.
