Nice space, though you will pay highly for it. Staff is great. Company is impossible to deal with. Watch for many hidden fees. Your last month's rent mysteriously morphs into a "retainer" that is not applied to the rent and is difficult to get back. You are also hit with a $500+ "restoration fee" when you leave. Tempting space but avoid.

Great people to work with in person. Sometimes their accounting people were hard to reach. Beware the nany hidden charges.
