Storage area in the halls: The staff are very friendly but give no indication that your own insurance is necessary. Water ran into the hall due to a thunderstorm (building insurance by landlord). The employees tell for months that the insurance company has been commissioned and when it refuses, Sirius says that they are suddenly not responsible. According to Sirius, the halls are adequately protected - but then nothing would have been wet and damaged. Permanent rejection of liability and a lawsuit come down to it. Very bad public image.
Very nice porter.
Very strange leases for a storage room. Much Tamm Tamm for nothing. Much talked but no clear statement behind it. Supposedly they are standard rental contracts for office space, however the storage space is not in the office complex and has nothing to do with additional costs or office space and etc. What is not exactly clear from the standard rental agreement. You don't want to just sign something so imprecise there.
