It’s a hotel room. Stayed here for a business related trip. But I would not have been happy with this room for the price had I been paying. Clean and somewhat comfortable. A little stuffy, and only one pillow on the bed. The complimentary face mask and drip coffee was a nice touch. And I like some of the eco minded touches.
Good service manner. Clean and tidy room standard. Well maintained reception desk. A bit distance to under ground traffic. Comfortable overall.

Humidifier and Air Con missing English instructions. Extraction fan in bathroom weak so bathroom gets steamy and water that doesn't dry can cause an odor. Rooms aren't sound proof and can hear guest next door. No shower caps are provided.
5 stars because staff were amazing and so helpful.
