Really nice new hotel above grocery store.
Location is good, the hotel is just above subway station, Shinsaibashi is within walking distance, but you need to walk quite a long way (around 20 mins) in the transit from Kansai Airport.
There is also a supermarket below the hotel which is very convenient.
