Free drinks and friendly staff (limited English, though) make this a great venue for any working road warrior
If you are a foreigner looking for a solid place to hunker down and get some work done, use the internet in a smoke free atmosphere, or simply find a nice area to kick back and read a book, this is the place. The staff isn't super great at English, but they are incredibly helpful and will go out of their way to accommodate you. (Disclosure: Worked here for a couple years every day).

There are two convenience stores in front of me, free drinks, newspapers and books, and a little sweets, so I think the environment is fulfilling.
If you want to concentrate, you can use the free seats on the 3rd floor, and if you want to change your mood, you can use the coworking space on the 2nd floor. The desk, chair design, and kotatsu seats give it a cozy feel, and the atmosphere is not murderous, so it's comfortable.
