Very nice view of the city. Building is easily accessible from Osaka station. The open roof is a 'must have' experience! You'll get a clear skyline view for your pictures.

Its a great place to visit. Specially the tunnel escalator ! And cloud /sky walk. Entry price; 1500 yen for adults , 700 yen for 4 years and above. No time limit. Love locks sold at 800,1000,1500 yen!
I love this place, you can see beautiful view, and also how this place built. And love padlock, I felt like in Korea, lol. I wanna visit again here, someday ^^
Great views of the city. Dont forget to go to the open roof. Its kinda cold and windy at night. A very unique & beautiful building that towers over Osaka. The view from the top was breathtaking - you could see the whole city & beyond. The entire construction of the building was very unique & I'm glad they had the history of it's construction on one of the observation decks. It was a little bit expensive to the top - but a very nice experience.
