HORRIBLE experience, namely with Auriana at corporate, but with the entire Regus business in general as well. This is what happened to me, don’t let it happen to you:
We started a new business and needed a commercial address to place our business at. 9 months later, we decided to dissolve the business, I call Regus and tell them that we no longer need their services. They then inform me that there was a clause in the fine print that says I have to give them warning that I’m cancelling of 3 months or else I am AUTO RENEWED for an additional full year at $70 a month. I cancel the account and fight with them over the phone for hours and eventually just decide to pay them. They tell me it will take a week or so to get the settlement ready. I call their rep, Auriana, a week later, no answer. I try someone else and they say they can’t pull up my account. Well guess what, they sent me to collections.
AVOID this place. It appears their business model includes hoping you don’t read this fine print and just give up when they charge you for the full year after. The customer service is horrible as well.
BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!!! They are unprofessional and engage in nefarious business practices. I signed up to use this particular location to receive mail for a company that I had just started for a period of 3 months. Over one month prior to the end of my contract, I attempted to alert Regus that I would not be renewing my contract because I was moving to another city and no longer needed their services. Rather than cancel my contract, I was told that I needed to provided AT LEAST 2 MONTHS NOTICE to cancel a 3 MONTH CONTRACT!!!!, which, in my opinion, is ludicrous. I explained to a supervisor named Kevin Johnston that I desired to cancel my contract. I found Mr. Johnston to be VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and LACKING COMMON SENSE. Instead of canceling my contract, Kevin said that my contract would be automatically renewed and that I would be charged for another 3 months EVEN THOUGH I LIVED IN ANOTHER CITY and WAS NO LONGER USING THEIR SERVICES. I reported this business to the attorney general and consumer protection bureau. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM REGUS. THEY ENGAGE IN UNETHICAL AND MISLEADING BUSINESS PRACTICES.
I wish the regus cancels them and gets another set of employees
Great Building
Complete and total scam. They will double charge you, fraudulently charge cards and then they won't respond to email, wont' call back and then have the nerve to tell you it will be 4-7 days to return the money they stole. My invoice was for -$79 I had a credit! Yet they charged my card without authorization for $134!!!! This is after they already charged we twice for same month just a couple weeks ago!
