I mostly really liked working here, but after 2 weeks full time I had to leave. First week there was an all day event hosted during working hours. First a presentation, then meetings. There are no conference rooms, so you either have to blast your headset or listen to everyone speak all day. Maybe it's your thing, but not for me. Second week was a tour of the facility that showed no respect at all for those working. 2 times, 2 weeks. I figure this is actually an event space for neo-ware rather than a co-work location. Which is probably cool with a lot of people and everyone was nice. But it's not conducive to dev. There is no warning, you can just show up and the office will be filled with people not part of the facility and a ton of conversations that last the day. Note, none of the issues were caused by the other tenants, this was all people invited for events hosted at the location that you are paying to rent. Most days it was great, others you had to move to the food court to get some peace.
This is a great place to work for entrepreneurs who want to get out of the house but don’t want to spend $4-$6 every couple hours at a coffee shop.
You can get an unassigned desk for $99/month and work from 8:30 am - 6 pm. Coffee and snacks are provided and don’t cost any extra. Plus there’s a food court nearby so you don’t have to go too far for lunch.

- Amenities in the mall are a surprising convenience. Also, Oviedo Mall particularly has a bubbling atmosphere compared to the state of malls in Central Florida

Amazing environment! I love the people and companies in the atmosphere. Very friendly and extremely helpful.
Love having a place to go to every day instead of working out of my house. Surrounded by all sorts of amenities just a few steps away and free parking!
