I am familiar with some of the negative reviews and I want to say that no company is perfect. I encourage you to look at the big picture rather than a single instance of less that perfect performance. I have been with Exec-Suites since 2008, first as a virtual client and then a physical tenant. Even if a company is 99.99% perfect it will still make mistakes out of every 10,000 actions. I am no exception to that statistic. Over the course of the 10 years I have been a client there were some mistakes, some small and some not so small. However, at the end of the day they made it right and fixed the problem. Also, what I find more important is that they never made the same mistake twice. I recommend you give them a try. Unless I am mistaken, there is no contract for a virtual office so you can cancel if you do not like them.
Leah, Sean and the entire staff are a delight to work with on a daily basis. They are true professionals who go above the call of duty to accommodate tenants and visitors alike. They respond to any requests in an expeditious manner and always make sure that they are delivering the best customer service care, In three words: "they are superb."
I rented my office space about 6 months ago and I LOVE IT! No Complains. You get your own private office, you can upgrade to a bigger space when u need it, the staff is very friendly, welcoming and they work with you on your budget. Cathy is awesome! Our clients love visiting us here also, they have meeting rooms u can book, and the offices are very nice if u want to also have client meetings in your office. Its definitely the most cost effective way to have a stylish, fancy and efficient office in Orlando. Great parking also, secure garage and passage way so you stay safe.
I have been using this office space for the past 9 months and it is great! Everyone working there is very professional, friendly and helpful. I get a notification via email when I have physical mail and access to a notary, both of which are quite convenient. The location is great, building is beautiful, and I've never had a issue getting an office or conference room to use when I need it. Highly recommended!
The virtual mail is a really useful service, with positive and supportive customer service! Would recommend to anyone.
