I have nothing but praise for all the staff, especially Dirk Engel who is extremely professional, prompt and courteous when it came to selling our property in Torrevieja. Spanish property law & tax system is very complex and different to the UK. Dirk has been patient and thorough with his explanations and advice. He worked well with all the authorities and our lawyers. Bought the house from Manuel in 2001. Excellent build. He sold it for me in 1997 within 2 weeks. Money in bank within 6 days. They dealt with everything legal and monetary. Can’t fault the service. One to one all the way through.
