This place needs to learn to be good neighbors. They have outdoor speakers which are prohibited. During the renovation DPR and Merrit Construction repeatedly woke us up working well before legal hours. Shame.
Great building and even better staff. The management team does and amazing job of building an inclusive and rewarding community that everyone in the office can be part of. I would highly recommend this building for any start ups looking for office space in fast-growing, creative, high tech, Midtown Atlanta area. It is also one of the few buildings on Peachtree with plenty of parking. On another note, there is always free food, drinks, events, and games that inspire connectivity and collaboration.
Wanted to try coworking before I went out and found a office. WeWork is by far the best I've visited in GA so far. I enjoyed my stay.
I truly enjoyed working there. The concierge staff are FANTASTIC!
Nice building and nice people. Overpriced for what you get. They emphasize community and amenities, both of which are meh at best.
The parking situation is an absolute disaster. It costs $100+ a month for terrible, rude, and mandatory valet. There is no parking for guests.
I had a client come by for an afternoon meeting, and he was turned away and told to find another lot, despite plenty of spaces being available out back. It's not possible to do business under those conditions.
