A long story short from a deskpass customer for 17 months...
Here’s what the Deskpass Co-founders decided to do after their app didn’t charge my credit card after I updated it...
...they automatically canceled my account, wiped out 54 of my credits, and they refused to give them back to me. They offered me a $49 credit for the next month, ha!
A credit is $12.25. That means they took $661.50 from me and provided zero value in exchange.
I only used the credits maybe 10-15 times in 17 months.
Nicole and Sam, I signed up for your email list back in 2015 and have been a customer since October 2017. It bums me out that you would treat your customers like this. Oh well. Moving on now. Good luck.
This service is really great. So many great space, easy to use. Just a pleasure. This space specifically is very nice too using new office tech I’ve never seen. Very cool.
Deskpass was a blessing when I was working remote – able to take meetings all over Chicago and NYC and provided a community wherever I went.
Decided to hang on to my membership even after joining a local team, and it's been amazing while traveling, being able to host clients/partners for meetings even when I was on the road.
I love Deskpass. I've been using it ever since I gave up my office space 4 years ago. There's a solid variety of places and they have conference rooms for my meetings and smaller private areas to use if I need a quiet space for a call or online presentation.
The flexibility Deskpass provides has been a game changer. A remarkable resource whether you keep local or travel. Love it!!
