very central, not a lot of people, so ideal if you need a quite place to work, fast internet >40mbit. it did a trial day there, and the guys are really nice.
how to get there: it is a bit difficult to find as there are no door bells, but usually the door is open and you just walk into the courtyard and then one floor up.
