Studio Brick is a trust worthy realtor. They do consider the best interest of the customers. They are not only realtor, but also have engineers and construction team. So, I could really ask for anything to them without searching for others.
I am a foreigner living in a town. I was looking for an office and Studio Brick took care of all the paper works, and all the procedures. They found the most cost efficient way for me. It's really important because in Italy there are no consistent rules... so it very much depends on the "wisdom" of the realtor. My role was to come to Studio Brick and sign the document from time to time. I had to ask many favors because I was not aware of procedures of Italy. Studio Brick always was very helpful and some of the task they took care even as a favor. The owner of Studio Brick told me that, we are living in a same town and building a healthy community is most important mission. I have a strong feeling that they actually mean what they say.
They speak English very well and as a foreigner this is a strong point to come by.
I will absolutely continue with Studio Brick for any real-state matters. I trust the team.
