I relied on Perla Investimenti Immobiliari to rent an apartment, I found great professionalism, in particular Ginevra who followed me and found the perfect tenant. In a very short time the apartment was rented, I didn't have to do anything as they took care of the various bureaucratic aspects completely, the tenant is a serious and precise person who was selected after several requests as the ad was very visible and captivating. I will definitely come back to them if I get the chance, nowadays it is not easy to find a serious and professional agency like this ... trust me !!
I gladly share the extremely positive experience I have had with this agency. Seriousness, availability and ability to communicate with the seller are unparalleled. I have been given valuable advice and the waiting time for the sale of my apartment has been a record !! The valuation of the property is absolutely congruent with market values.

In this agency I found the property that interested me and then I called them:
1. I called and asked to make an appointment to see the property. They took my contact details and told me they will call me back.
A full day has passed and no one has contacted me
2. The next day I call my partner and they gave her the appointment without me being called back first
3. We visited the property
4. We ask for a second visit in 3 days to see with a company the estimate of the renovation.
They tell me that the colleague is out of town for 3 days and has brought the keys with her, so we made an appointment for Friday.
5. On Wednesday they call me and tell me they don't have anyone who can come for the appointment
(And here I got angry and after 15 min of discussions they managed to find someone to come to the appointment)
6. We made a proposal which I found was not even communicated to the owner
7. We call to modify our proposal as long as it is presented to the owner and they reply that the price of the house has risen by 30,000 euros since it has other appurtenances
8. On 4 August I call them back to talk about the appurtenances and they take my number back, telling me that they will contact me ... and again there is a press silence.
Personally, I would never entrust my property to this agency as I have not found them professional with customers, they cannot manage appointments and are really not very serious.
I recently turned to this agency for the sale of an apartment. They were very kind, correct, accurate and very professional: I had a great time.
Furthermore, the 'home staging' service offered by them allows to enhance the house to sell (or buy), putting it in the right light.
If you want to sell or buy a home, I recommend you rely on them!
