Location, location, location One of my favorite hotels during our drive across Northern Italy. The hotel is fantastic when it comes to comfort, location, and a touch of elegance. I think our only tricky part was parking, which once we got there was taken care of quickly. The staff of the hotel took great care of us, and our room was very comfortable. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit in Trieste from the waterfront, up to the castle, and to go shopping. I really enjoyed our stay at the DoubleTree.
Good service and good position near Novigrad shopping area. Parking nearby.

Basic, edgy and artsy community house. Other countries should be so smart to have such a great use nestled in what appeared to be an apartment complex. Great for group gatherings.
One of Trieste's major architectural monuments. From the centre (e.g. Piazza Unita') it takes about half an hour, with the last 10 minutes mostly uphill. Unfortunately, no good views back down to Trieste from the road running in front of the university as trees get in the way.
Very natural and excellent taste, huge plus that all fruit ice cream are lactose free :)
The girls speak fluent English.
Very helpful. Not enough houses in our budget though. Lovely team.
I went to Trieste for a couple of days and took advantage of the coworking space to work. An experience that must be repeated as soon as possible (perhaps even attacking some leisure time activities, such as yoga ...)

I relied on Perla Investimenti Immobiliari to rent an apartment, I found great professionalism, in particular Ginevra who followed me and found the perfect tenant. In a very short time the apartment was rented, I didn't have to do anything as they took care of the various bureaucratic aspects completely, the tenant is a serious and precise person who was selected after several requests as the ad was very visible and captivating. I will definitely come back to them if I get the chance, nowadays it is not easy to find a serious and professional agency like this ... trust me !!
