We knew that the tower hotel was a 3 star hotel, but the view alone makes the tower hotel a 5+ star. The room was on the small side but certainly big enough for 2 people. The staff were extremely helpful and cordial. I highly recommend a stay at the Tower Hotel.
You only pay for the view....
However the view was amazing but there were some weaknesses too.
We got one of the best rooms on which was on the highest floor but basically there is nothing in the rooms!!
No microwave, no kettle and even no hair dryer!
The little fridge was not working properly and for keeping it cold, the staff brought 2 ice bags! We asked to change our room but they said the fridge of the lower room has same issue
Lso the windows were not clean specially from outside.
Honestly surprised to see such low rating and bad reviews for this place.
We were there for a night stay and I couldn't ask for more.
Wide big windows gave great view of the falls, we were mesmerized the moment we entered our room.
Rooms are small but nothing to complain about, clean, neat smell, exactly what we expected for the price we paid.
Great hospitality, we were first given room no. 3010, we were not satisfied with the view so I asked if we have other options. The manager at front desk immediately responded and gave us room 2911.
Parking is common with the embassy suits as mentioned by others but wasn't any problem except being bit pricy ($30) for 24 hrs.
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11 am.
If they can make either check in time bit early or check out time a little later, that would have been awesome.
We would definitely consider this place for future and also recommend this to others.
It was my husband's birthday this Friday and I had planned him a wine tour before coming to stay at The Tower Hotel. Upon arrival we had asked for an upgrade since I wanted to get a view of the falls, hence why I booked the place because of the reasonable price! Check-in and check-out was fast and clear. *Note that parking is an extra $40 +taxes a night. We were surprised by how hight it was considering the type of place it was. Parking is within Embassy Suites, which is just a few doors down.
We got up to our room and was completely ecstatic over the view we had. Our room was small but it had all that we needed for our one night stay. The hotel is outdated and the rooms are pretty worn down. The soaps provided, although do what they're supposed to do, wasn't the highest of quality. So I recommend to bring your own if you were to stay a couple of nights.
Overall my husband was happy to have had stayed here. It gave us everything we needed and the customer service was good.
I am reviewing the Fallsview steakhouse inside of this hotel. It does not have its own Google listing.
We were wrongly directed to the steakhouse. We were looking for Prime Steakhouse and until we were seated we realized we were in the wrong spot but decided to give this restaurant a shot.
I have to say I was very disappointed. At first my steak did not come out cooked right. They took it back but right away that ruined our evening as we couldn’t eat our meals at the same time as I had to wait for my steak to cook again. Which I’m not entirely sure was even a new steak The presentation was not pretty. And the price was definitely not worth the taste. It was our one night out to enjoy a nice meal and a very long time and I was very disappointed.
