So, I’m writing this review before even getting in the room. Truly the worst service I have ever received at a hotel. We asked for 2 queen beds when booking. They now refused to give that to us. We’re having to sleep 3 people in 2 single beds. They said that one person can sleep on the floor.
We tried to check in 1 hour early. It’s now 2 hours after check out and we still don’t have our room. They don’t care about social distancing. Parking is extremely expensive. The staff doesn’t care about pleasing their clients. Even if you get a rate of $20 a night, do not book here.

Stayed at the Crowne Plaza for our anniversary. It is located very near to Clifton Hill and all attractions. Was given a nice, although very small, room on the 8th floor with a wonderful view of the Falls. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of fluffy pillows. The washroom was very small and needs an update, but it was clean and had everything we needed. The check in/out process was very efficient. Parking is $35 per day on top of the resort fee that you pay with your room. Found this to be quite exorbitant.
