Make sure you get a room above the third floor there's no view on the third floor
Place is great but not worth the price.
This is a nice hotel. I stayed here while I was visiting Niagara Falls and was satisfied with my experience. I parked in front of the hotel and checked in at the front desk. I then went up to my room, which had two beds and a bathroom. I put down my suitcases and looked out the window in the room, because I could see a view of Niagara Falls from my hotel room. After I looked at the view, I went down to the falls and did other stuff. After I ate dinner in the evening, I came back to the hotel and fell asleep. The next morning I woke up, ate breakfast, and checked out of the hotel, satisfied with my experience. I gave this hotel five stars because it has nice rooms and I had a nice view of the Niagara Falls from my room.
The rooms, amenities, staff, and foods were quite impressive and nice. Besides, my one week staycation in your hotel was the day that I treasured and never regretted. I greatly enjoyed it, and I promise to come back if there could be a chance. Also, as a satisfied customer, I will rate you a 5-stars. Thank you! Others must come! You won't be disappointed!
Poor would not recommend. DO NOT IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS. Paid extra on valentines for a jacuzzi and view. The hot water ran out early in the night. The heater did not work properly so it was very cold.
Booked a suite for extra features such as microwave and dishes however that was not included in the room, it was just extra sq ft. So the extra money was a waste.
The river view was more like a parking lot view. For the location you would expect that it would have a decent view of the falls however it did not meet our slightest expectations. I was charged $35 for outdoor parking.
Lastly the overall appearance of the hotel was extremely out dated and lacked a warm cozy feel. It felt like I was in American Psycho. The front desk DID reimburse $25 for my inconvenience. Though it is not about the money. To conclude, unfortunately I would not be able to recommend this hotel to anyone or will be coming back.
