Highly recommended!!! We had a great experience in this hotel. Pricey but worth it. My partner loved coming back. Fallsview room is spectacular. Restaurant inside the hotel was fantastic. Massage therapists in the hotel were excellent.
They don’t have microwave in the room! And when you go down to ask to warm up your food they take you to the room beside the electrical room where the vaults are. That’s where you go warm up your food. I don’t think it’s safe due to COVID. Anything else was great! Our room has an amazing view!!!!! And it’s a great deal that’s why we end up staying for 4 nights instead of 2 nights!
Really nice hotel with beautiful view on the Falls! We were expecting a high quality service, nice view and comfortable and clean bedrooms and that's exactly what we got!
Upscale hotel with an amazing view of the Falls. Excellent amenetties. Staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and well equipped. The in-room whirlpool tubs are great, as is the indoor swimming pool. Removed slightly from the noise and busyness of the tourist areas such as Clifton Hills.
We had a nice and clean room with a great view on the Falls, the staff were welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was good too (there was no buffet due to COVID, we ordered our meals by menu).
