I would like to say that this daycare has been amazing for us and our daughter! Jackie and all the staff have been fantastic and accommodating! The menu is amazing all of the staff I've interacted with have been great and again Jackie (the director) is always available and deals with any issues promptly!

Our son has attend this daycare for roughly three months, and is moving on to another due to a change in workplace.
I have only positive things to say about his experience here. Jackie has been great, and is quick to respond to any issues. My son seems happy with the staff and doesn't complain about going. We haven't had any negative issues since he's attended. Also, the food is great and accommodating to a child with an allergy.
The reason I rate 4 stars instead of 5 is the ridiculous amount of time required to give notice when you leave (2 months). This is way out of line with every other daycare in the region. The high daily rate also compounds this issue.
Other than that, I cant think of any reason not to recommend this daycare.
Worst daycare ever... To work, and to have your children with. Be careful where you sent your children. Side director does nothing to help her stuff out, over ratio most of the time, if not everyday. Surprise how they haven’t close yet. Don’t sent your child here, there’s other places better than this one for sure.
I could write about my experiences but I would rather not share them publicly. Beware of this daycare. Very little effort or care is given to your precious children. Try elsewhere.
The staff at this daycare are racist. They deliberately kept my son in a classroom where Justine was hitting him and telling him he was dumb. Don't let the cameras fool you, there are blind spots and all the staff know where the blind spots are. Do not let them screen your child if they are under the age of 5, especially if you are a person of ethnic origin. Read the daycare act, protect your child. They tried their best told hold my child back. They did not assist in potty training, or anything for that matter, because I stood up for my child's rights. Long story short, after 2 weeks of my child being at another daycare, he was potty trained (completely trained), he only wore a pull up at night, and most times he would not be wet in the morning. Be careful where you send your children.
